What a fantastic service! From the very beginning Benny sorted my quotes with ease (and I changed it lots of times) and professionalism.
Today a fantastic cleaning job was done by 2 lovely people. The house is being given back in a far better state than we received it.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
End of tenancy clean failed inspection even though they guarantee to pass it! A number of areas missed and as the moving out inspection was over 48 hours after, CS would not finish the job and deliver on their expected level of service. Now been quoted 90 pounds for a 're clean by my landlord. Poor all round.

Excellent service. It was easy to book and amend my booking when I needed to. Communication with the office was really good. The cleaners were fantastic; they arrived early and worked very hard to produce a brilliant result. We handed the house back in such a good condition that we received our full deposit back from the lettings agent.

CS was extremely helpful beforehand. We gave them a list of cleaning that needed doing by the letting agents, and they highlighted which ones they could do, exactly how much they would charge. They were very gracious and added extra things free of charge. We had a sizeable house, and a small number of items were 90% done, so I called them and they came back in the afternoon and addressed those specific issues at no extra charge (48 hour warranty). Overall, extremely courteous, diligent, and went above and beyond, even taking out some of our rubbish. A+

I can quite honestly say that this company provided a less than adequate clean. I had an end of tenancy clean and the clean was so horrendous that the landlord told us we had to get the clean done again! Dust and rubbish left, furniture not moved and cleaned under, stains left that could be removed with just a wipe (shows that it was not cleaned). Would not recommend
