For next day delivery, you can order up until 9pm online, or until 8pm over the phone, Sunday-Friday. On Saturdays, all orders must be placed by 4pm for delivery on Sunday. All standard deliveries will be made between the times of 8am to 6pm, apart from Sunday deliveries which are made from 9am to 6pm.

Absolutely horrendous company!!!
3/4 times they have delivered the wrong item
Collected-Taken the items away and brought the same ones back despite countless phone calls and been given the information for the items needed.. have to stay in all day waiting for a delivery for them to just bring back the same item again and again
refuse to refund refuse to allow to speak to a manager to sort it!!!
Absolute joke do not use them!!!!

Absolutely Fantastic Company. I've used ElectricalDirect a number of times and they've always been great but this week they went above an beyond.
Our latest order was delivered on Tuesday 9/11/21 however the parcel was then stolen from our property by an Amazon Driver. I contacted ElectricalDirect at approximately 6pm on the same evening and their customer service agent was extremely helpful. After explaining the situation they very kindly offered to resend our order out to us and I'm please to say the new order was redelivered at 8:30am the following day..

I ordered 2 tubular heaters (6ft long). They were delivered the next day which was great, but....there was also 1 metal cage for the heaters which I had NOT ordered (?). When I took the plastic wrapping off, I saw on the outside of the box that it said “No Plug”. This was hugely disappointing and highly inconvenient. Also the ends of the two boxes were quite badly damaged and I had to cello tape them up in order to return these items. They were collected the next day and I waited for a full refund. After waiting for 2 weeks I had a partial refund. I rang and asked when would I get the rest

Just been let down for cable and now it's not going to be back I stock so I can have a different cable at my extra expence Lady on the phone yesterday told me stock was coming in and would be dispatched next day obviously lied to my face Happy to take my money and was told everything in stock Be careful when ordering boys

Good company and good customer service team to buy from however very pricey on items in comparison to proper wholesalers, the issue I find is they stock various manufactures of lighting but it’s all the same so someone within doesn’t understand the electrical industry and they will never move forward ! All in all I would deal with the company a lot more if prices were more competitive and they had a better range of various product instead of the same stuff at alternate prices

Complete waste of time!
Ordered two cables 50m each of ct100 and a 3core earth 1.5mm on 18th Sept
I received some heavy cable weighing 14 kg which was labelled 2core earth but also was around 10mm thick each core and 25m length.
I received a ct100 equivalent, not a ct100, but the shield was a different colour to the picture on the website and seemed less quality.
Had to make numerous phone calls to sort out the wrong cable sent to me.
The cheap CT100 was returned for a refund which after 2 weeks got a email with a credit note. Today I now just received a email to say the credit note is cancelled
