Do not be impressed by the Royal Charter seal of approval. We have had nothing but problems with this company. Sonia, who works in the office can be rude and dismissive. They sub contract much of the work and when there are problems, do not follow up on emails or phone calls. There have been problems with the pool and with the patio surround within the first two years of them being fitted which meant the pool was unusable and the patio area dangerous. There are other much better companies around, just wish we had known about them before.
