In short, great quality windows, but overall, we feel let down by the overall finished fitting and the overzealous sales approach.

After looking around a bit and having several quotes, we settled on Posh as we figured it would be a better option to go local and with a manufacturer directly.
I'm not sure this was the right call.
They fit 7 windows in one day, including a bay window back in September. Unfortunately, we had a lot of remediation work to replace scratched glass, supply a missing handle (which we later found was on an unlocked window, meaning the house was insecure

Clown shoes is how I’d describe this company. We went into a contract for a new door in July, didn’t hear anything for months. When we chased it in October they told us we’d been undersold the door and wanted and extra £380!! They didn’t bother to get in touch with us.
Took absolutely ages to get our deposit back, past from one person to the other, all of which had no idea what their company policies were or for that matter standards.
Shocking service, sales man was all lies, all of them are unprofessional & have no idea! Quite the laughing stock really.
Save your time, don’t bother

I have been continually been called by this company, despite asking them to remove my information from their database as I do not give them permission to store it. They are often very pushy and say things like "you don't need to be interested" and "it's a grant" but even if I was remotely interested, I know that they would want money and the federation they mention is a company rather than scheme. Sam has called multiple times and cuts the call instead of apologising and making sure it doesn't continue to happen.

Posh Windows installed 5 windows for me. I must say my experience has been great. They were recommended to me by a relative and I think its fair to say the fitters take pride in their work and I would 100% recommend them as a company.
I have gone through some of their reviews and they are shocking. Its sad to say i probably would have been put of by using them if I saw these reviewes before hand. Im glad I have used Posh Windows as my experience has been the total opposite. Thank You!

Absolutely disgusted by the phone call I just received following up an appointment from a door to door salesman Paul this morning. Appointment made for 5pm with Paul which they couldn’t actually attend to carry out the quote m. When I wasn’t able to make the suggested re-appointment the guy was rude, told me I wasn’t interested and hung up. I mean use these cow boys at your own risk.

I agree with all the reviews on this page. I asked them not to contact me again and they have been back in touch with further pushy sales techniques after I told them I wasn't interested. I have had to contact them and ask them to remove my number from their CRM.

A salesman randomly came to my house and tried to frighten me into having windows I didn't need, and told me they would be dirt cheap because everyone else in my street was having them. Lies but i thought it won't hurt to just get a quote. Only way was to leave them a phone number.
When I answered their phone call they said someone else was quoted 10,000 for 8 windows and 2 doors - hardly dirt cheap, so cancelled only to be called again another day despite being told I wouldn't be. I was told I didn't turn up to the consultation so corrected him by saying that's because I cancelled, then he began
