Vital Energi through their subsidiary Vital Solar Energi promised a number of warranties regarding the performance of their solar panels but failed to provide them, moreover they exaggerated the amount of energy that the panels would provide. Despite having to repair and replace a faulty valve, the engineer then reported an inaccurate reading for the fault to his office - effecting what I was owed in a reimbursement. I had to argue this and again they wouldn't listen - Lucky I took a photograph for proof of the reading when the engineer popped
