Ripped off an old lady for almost a grand to repair the flat roof of her extension that was leaking. Upon inspection at the end, the work should have cost under £300. Left a ‘guarantee’ of his work for ten years, but the work didn’t last more than a few weeks. It was leaking again within the month and he skirted calls to come and rectify it. Eventually he sent someone down who allegedly fixed it, but within days it was leaking again. We tried to get him to come back and actually put it right, but he had every excuse in the book as to why he wasn’t able to. He eventually sent someone back

Critical: Quality, Value
This man ripped my 78 year mother off. Charged her near £1000 for a job that should have been £200. The roof still leaks and he hasnt been back to correct his appalling work despite saying he would. I am now in the process of taking this vile man to court.

18 months after paying this company to replace my flat roof I find it's leaking again. We had to call him out three times in the first six months to address leaks. I crossed my fingers that all would be well and guess what, leaking again. It wasn't cheap either so it just goes to show how hard it is to find professional tradesmen.

Would not recommend this roofer he was supposed to come and give me a quote someone rang me to say they was down the next street to me because they couldn't get parked down my street and would come back next week and quote me for a new roof as they obviously couldn't be bothered to walk to my street and come to my house this to me does not sound like somebody reliable so that is how he chooses to treat a potential customer not very good in my eyes
