Just had my kitchen fitted and I absolutely love it. I'm just waiting for my radiator to be fitted next week then it's totally complete. Our kitchen was furnished by Self - Select kitchens since 2008 and we have been happy with it and after 12yrs we are about to replace the CDA double oven to a more upto date model, the double oven, hob, and fridge freezer as well as the kitchen sink were all fitted by them plus all the electrics, the only fault was the sub contractor tiler at the time.

Dreadful company to deal with, never respond to your questions.
My wife and I asked about having wooden worktops to which they replied to us “they are quite pricey” I think you can all tell what they were insinuating. Never reply to email’s, no enthusiasm whatsoever when we attended their base.
Once we had bought a kitchen from them we added extra and although I said I would install it myself they charged more this time round then when I first asked, it was the same size cupboard??
Avoid at all costs!!!

Great Customer service...until they get your money - then they don't respond to your calls and drag their heels rectifying issues with their products or workmanship..not what you expect when you pay a premium for something!

Staff would rather answer the phone than deal with customers who have taken the trouble to come into the showroom. I just spent £8,000 with another company because of their lack of interest in my business.
