The development will transform a vacant self-contained site and invigorate an emerging local centre. The distinctive curved elevation responds to the existing context and helps define a new civic space. It provides 66 high quality homes arranged around a new communal garden and includes flexible community and commercial space at ground floor.

We are delighted to announce that our 'Blooming London' entry to the London Festival of Architecture's 'Caring for Cyclists' competition was named a joint winner alongside landscape architects Xanthe Quayle! Half day workshops for groups of six young people to explore the design and architecture of key locations in Lambeth, Lewisham, Southwark & Wandsworth.
