First Movers Ltd was established in autumn 2009. We started in East Lothian, but since most of our removal work was in Edinburgh city centre, we moved our operations to Edinburgh (Blackhall) in 2010. Movers came on time, and quickly and efficiently loaded the van up! They were very friendly and helpful and all of our belongings were moved safely. Managed to move our whole flat within three hours - such a stress free move. Can't recommend them highly enough and especially with such a good price point.

We employed these guys for our house move within Edinburgh, which included moving a number of boxes, large furniture and an electronic piano from one property (and a separate storage facility) to another. Sarah fully organised our move, and was able to adjust details with us to ensure we got the right type of removal and at our preferred time. The removal guys arrived bang on time despite the heavy snow, were really kind and friendly, and got straight to work. No fuss, no drama, exactly what we wanted, and very reasonably priced.
