We had a few inside walls knocked down a few months ago now at our house we were about to move into. We also had a baby due very soon so were on a tight schedule! Wayne told us how long he’d be and stuck to it! Everyone at the company is lovely and takes great pride in their work. They’re a business that genuinely care and want you to be happy with the job. We more recently had a leak which we thought might be linked to the work done so called Wayne to ask about it. Gary was here first thing the next morning to look into it! After planning the big changes to our home I was left with the daunting task of finding the best possible Company to carry out my work at a reasonable price. A local charity commissioned Wayne and his team to create an internal opening, with fire door, between two offices. The work was entirely completed in one day and was a very good experience. The team were on site by 0740 and they didn't waste any time at all in getting started. The job was completed to a very high standard, and the team were professional, tidy, polite, and very helpful. They left everything clean and tidy and explained everything they had done.
We will certainly be using Palmer Developments again in the future - we are very satisfied customers.

Palmer Developments have done several large jobs for us since 2008. I now have a trust in them I do not have with any other building firm. The last job was internal insulation of a flat and fitting a new bathroom there.
I was out of the country for most of the job, and had full confidence that Wayne would be able to work with that. We had hiccups due to lack of communication and me not being around to notice if something was not being done to my ideas, and correcting it immediately, but I can learn from this for future projects.

We have used Palmer Developments in a project to remove a load bearing wall between our kitchen and breakfast area and make a new large kitchen. Since the start, we have dealt directly with Wayne Palmer, the company director, and we remained in constant contact with him through the project. We found him friendly and accommodating, and his staff friendly and easy to talk to. The project went smoothly and Wayne has done his best to sort out any problems. He stuck to the cost estimate we were given at the start. Overall, it has been a good experience and I would not hesitate to get the company's help

Wayne and his team are extremely professional, polite and a pleasure to have worked with. They recently installed a baptistery into our church, and considering all the logistics this all went smoothly. I'm sure it wasn't necessarily for them but they showed a real professionalism at all times.

Palmer Developments carried out structural works on our kitchen to make it into a large open plan living space. The work was carried out to an excellent standard, within the time agreed and every person that worked on the job couldn't have done more. Our expectations were completely exceeded. To anyone looking for an honest, reliable and trustworthy builder, look no further. We would highly recommend Palmer Developments and will use them again.
