Based in Worthing, West Sussex we specialising in all aspects of Electrical Installation and maintenance. With our team of highly experienced and fully qualified electricians, Burton Electrical Services offer a full range of domestic and commercial solutions. We understand that as a business owner, it's essential to have a reliable and efficient electrician on call to assist with any issues that may arise at short notice. There are many building regulation requirements and mandatory electrical legislations that need to be considered. We therefore offer a professional call out service and comprehensive advice programme to help you understand, comply and meet these regulations.
These checks must then be carried out on a maximum of five years between testing or change of tenant. A copy of the most recent electrical safety condition report (EICR) must be provided to both new and retained tenants. The landlord is responsible for making sure that the person who completes the check is suitably competent.

Rob came to my flat to install night storage heaters and ended up having to rewire the lights too. He was brilliant, he had to start early and work late to get the job done in his allocated time, and he is very experienced and highly professional. All the trunking and new fittings are perfectly neat and tidy and I'm really happy with the job he has done. Yes, highly recommended!
