Kirk Civils Ltd is the sister company of Kirk Homes Ltd and has evolved naturally over the last four to five years. We now have a current workforce of over 14 personnel, specialising in a range of civil works and have carried out works successfully for clients such as Anglian Water, Lidl, BFW, Welland and Deepings drainage board to name a few.

We have decades of experience in the construction industry and provide quality input and advice from initial discussions through to project completion.
James was involved from the very beginning and played a huge part in the design and choice of materials. His experience and attention to detail was so important to us as we had never built anything before, let alone our future family home! We were given an itemised estimate at the beginning and then at different stages of the build and these were estimates which were always honoured.
