Hawkstown Heating & Plumbing is a family run company based in Hailsham in East Sussex working in Hailsham, Eastbourne and surrounding areas. We are a Commercial and Domestic Plumbing and Heating Company who work with Natural Gas, LPG (Liquified Petrolium Gas) and Oil. I would definitely never recommend anyone to use this business to do service or replacement work. One guy came in and pulled my fridge out and scratched up all my flooring then blamed me saying it was already that way. Cost me thousands of pounds to fix. Very unimpressed.

Just had engineer from Hawkstown heating when I had a problem with flu for the boiler, he was there in no time after I phoned and sorted problem. I was very impressed with the young man who came, he was so polite and helpful, I didn’t get his name unfortunately so I hope the company will pass on my thanks. Thank you to the company for responding so quickly.ML

We have used Hawkstown Heating for the last 5 years, they installed our gas boiler and service it every year. They have also installed a new toilet, fixed an old toilet as well as sorting out numerous little jobs with the sinks in my wife's treatment studio.
Their attention to detail is second to none, their approach to costing jobs is open and honest and they always provide a customer focus solution while patiently explaining away the jargon.
Every once in a while you come across a company or tradesman who is worth their weight in gold and when you do you never want to let them go... Hawkstown
