Services
I have worked in various sectors but the one that has really grabbed me is furniture manufacturing, at Tetrad Ltd. There is something purposeful about seeing the raw material coming in at one end of the factory and the completed models out at the other end. We recruit the best highly skilled people we can get and everyone takes pride in their work.
Fifty years ago, we took the first steps towards becoming one of the UK's finest upholstery businesses. Our expert craftsmanship and the pride we take in our beautifully hand-crafted furniture, have elevated us to an industry leading position. Based in Lancashire, England, we endeavour to give our customers the best and most beautiful furniture by using the finest material.
Choosing a sofa is a very personal journey, with this in mind, we partner with experienced furniture retailers who offer guidance throughout the choosing process. Once you've found the perfect furniture and fabrics, you are ready to place the order with your retailer. It is then over to us, to manage the specialist process of building, sewing and upholstering every piece to the highest standard.
Tetrad is always looking for innovative and inspiring retailers to collaborate with. If you are interested in featuring Tetrad furniture in your store one of our account managers will be able to assist you with the process. Furthermore, our showroom in Preston is an inspirational space which provides a great insight into each collection Tetrad offers.
To keep your new sofa or chair looking good, we recommend vacuuming your upholstery at least once a week as dust and dirt can accumulate leading to colour dullness and wear. Avoid exposing your furniture to direct sunlight or heat for prolonged periods of time as this may lead to colour fading. Loose Covers can be washed in temperatures up to 40°C and tumble dried.

This place is fantastic there is a lot of stock and choice. If you want any help they will oblige you. We were lucky with our purchase and can't recommend them enough. They dont deliver but can arrange that with you, we live in Burnley and delivery was only £40. A place in Accrington charge £30 for delivery for such a short journey. We are so pleased with this outlet we are buying another settee, it's great value lovely people and I can't praise them enough...

Quality of their leather armchairs leaves a lot of scope for improvement. I bought from their Harris Tweed range with one armchair in leather. The leather colour does not match the piping on the rest of the tweed furniture. Furthermore, the detailing on stiching the leather seat is inconsistent and failed on my chair. If I were buying more of their leather furniture I would not buy blind but only after seeing the piece I was buying, not display.

We bought two chairs. One was perfect the other had two defects; a squeaky back which was rectified and a squashy seat. It seems that feather filings are subject to variability which is not controlled by the maker. This results in unacceptable wrinkling of the seat cover material and requires constant pumping up of the seat. What could Tetrad do to prevent this problem occurring? We do like the chairs and the after sales service was very good.

So I'm not too sure if this is the right location, it's definitely in Preston and I'd guess would be near to where they make them. The don't advertise the place and so hence not to sure on the address without ringing them up again, but hey if your interested just ring the number online and they'll give you the details.
Ok so what am I going on about? The factory shop that what! It's AMAZING! Well it's a bit shabby chic and freezing cold (it should maybe loose a point for that but I aint going to be the one to knock it off as I was more than impressed). What
