We asked for a simple quote about two months ago. Nobody actually came back to us then two weeks ago I called to ask about said quote and an still currently waiting for an answer. So RB your work is probably very good but without any feedback on prices. I don't think we can ever find out. But poor really to fall at the first hurdle. Sorry RB I only ever speak the truth

Had called and requested a quotation for a job. Was told I would receive a call back from someone to arrange coming out to do a quotation. Never received any call not sure whom the fault lays with, whether the message was never passed on or It was and they forgot or just didn't bother due to the size of the job. Either way rather disappointing customer service. Have given 3 stars based on the fact I can't comment on the service beyond this.

We were looking to add a stylish Orangery to our period property and found RB Windows via a Facebook advert with examples of their modern installations. We then invited a number of companies to quote for the work and RB turned out to be the most reasonable. The work was hampered by issues associated with local planning, which was not expected or the fault of RB. However the standard of work was very good and the staff were very professional and helpful and friendly. We are very pleased with the quality and standard of the finished product. Great job.
