Excellent service from start to finish. Lara, the designer, was infinitely patient, adaptable, full of original ideas and didn't give up until it was perfect for me. All the installation people were fantastic, methodical and meticulous in their work and the office staff were always helpful and considerate in any dealings I had with them. I am thrilled with my new kitchen and highly recommend Ream for any job of this kind.

Thanks very much to Lara and the team at Ream for the excellent job they did on remodelling our kitchen and dining room. The standard of workmanship, especially the kitchen fitters and plumbers was exemplory. Whilst not the cheapest quote we received the workmanship and quality of materials definitely shows and I would recommend Ream to anyone considering a change no matter how big or small.

Our point of contact for Ream was Lara. To say she was professional and courteous would be an under statement. Lara put us at ease throughout the new kitchen project and nothing was too much trouble for her. The build was flawless, right down to the nearest millimetre!. Lara’s design was innovative and “out of the box” and we now have the kitchen of our dreams. We will not hesitate to use the services of Ream again on our future home projects.

We have used Ream on a couple of occasions now and would highly recommend them. They project manage everything from start to finish and their installers are polite, friendly and excellent at their trade with great attention to detail. It really is a pleasure using Ream, they have now completed our kitchen and more recently the utility room and, thanks to their clever designers, both have had the layouts completely changed in ways we wouldn’t have considered, it’s like being in a new house and we love it. If you are thinking of a change, try them they will accommodate any budget.

I would highly recommend Reams, the service was excellent. I worked with Paul to design the kitchen, Paul listened to my ideas and what I wanted and then came up with the design. There were many things I hadn’t really thought about and it was these and the finer details that really made the kitchen. The post sales and installation team were also fantastic Nick done the installation for us, he was very tidy, polite and the quality of his work was great. Paul at ream helped design our new kitchen. He was excellent from start to finish, very patient, accommodating and knew his trade well. We were so happy with the whole installation team, they were friendly,… efficient and brilliant in ironing out any little issues we had along the way. Ream remained in contact through the whole fit and checked we were happy during the fit and at the end. The whole kitchen and the fit are of an excellent standard and quality. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Ream Interiors. With a project this big there's always a worry that something might go wrong, but the kitchen fitted like a glove and was a breeze for our builders to install - they even commented that it's the easiest kitchen they've ever fitted, as the units came pre-constructed with clear instructions! Their fast communication meant that any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently.
Three months in, we can quite safely say that the kitchen has changed the way we live. The appliances are superb and spending time there only adds to our quality

Had a kitchen design & refit from Ream earlier in the year. Experience was excellent from start to finish, helpful, fantastic design that really has given the best possible outcome from the fairly small area available. Fitting team were great, polite, helpful, professional and a a brilliant fit. There were a couple small things that as we started I… wanted to see if I could change and the project manager came round and talked through and happy to do. Good after sales support also, making sure that everything was ok. Stress free process for me and would recommend.

When eventually finished the quality of the end result (in this case an entire kitchen from scratch) is really very good and recommended for sure. Given that it is not exclusive to Reams, that’s unfortunately not too much of a compliment.
However, the quality cannot be applied to the service around it -… missed delivery dates, damages causing delays, broken vans causing delays, no commitments (to just about anything), inability to return calls when promised and constant chasing required.

There was nothing wrong with our Ream kitchen except it was looking dated and we were gradually having to renew our white goods (We later discovered it was 21 years old!) so we decided to call in at Ream’s Gillingham showroom to “just have a look round.” Lara greeted us and we had a friendly, informative chat over… a cup of tea and we were then left to look round. We were so impressed and there was no ‘hard sell’ so there and then we decided to go ahead. The professionalism and attention to detail was second to none from caring

Their website says employed fitters, well don't have a bathroom fitted from Ream because you get sub contractors and if you want to have different people turn up and not knowing what they are doing then go with Ream, the showroom is great but thats were it ends, what a terrible exprience, 1 star for the shiwroom the rest is a nightmare
