I’d read really good reviews about the company so booked them to clean my suite and carpets. The lads were really professional, courteous and took care in my home giving an honest appraisal of what results they could expect to achieve. The carpets were dry overnight and the suite the expected 24hrs. I am really happy with the results and would definitely recommend Fresh Fibres.

A great service. The booking was efficiently handled: the cost was known in advance (without the need for an additional pricing visit); the technician was respectful and cleaned his shoes before entering the house; the carpets are spotless with no marks remaining; payment completed by card over the phone. The only improvement would be to enable scheduling of a tighter arrival time slot- other wise 5 star service

I had the lounge and dining carpets cleaned yesterday and I am very happy with the result. I found Fresh Fibers very professional to deal with, Sebastian and Jordan were very personable, the carpet looked great when it had been cleaned and smelt lovely too.
