The cleaning was done promptly and efficiently. The cleaner was curteous and helpful, but their billing system is incredibly inefficient! Although I paid the full amount by bank transfer in advance according to their instructions, they kept sending me invoices which became increasingly annoying and insulting. Why don't they check their bank statements instead of constantly requesting proof of payment from the customer.

Called the company four times to get a quote, as I have started my service accommodation business and have an apartment in Shoreditch. Heard nothing back from him at all. After a week I spoke to someone else and that was a fail to as trying to explain the simplest thing to them was very difficult. Terrible experience before even starting with them, cant imagine what the service would be like when they actually come and clean.
