The workmanship carried out was satisfactory but this was after a number of delayed start dates - acceptable as this was the end of 2020 and understandable with corona virus.
Communication throughout the job was ok but it could have been better although it is one of those things you sort of expect with a building company.
My main issues is the lack of communication and effort after the completion of my bathroom. The company needed to finish a small snagging list. The work was completed over 6 months ago now and, from their own inspection of the work, it was agreed that some jobs were outstanding

I just love my new kitchen and bathroom which were carried out by Ideal Home Improvements. It has transformed the area and given me much needed usable space. The works were carried out by reliable and professional staff and I would like to thank Steven, Mike and also Mark for his hard work and especially for his special attention to detail as the rooms are amazing and just how I imagined them. The works are the envy of my friends and family. Iām one happy customer! š

Ideal Home Improvements have done an amazing job with our new fitted kitchen we are extremely pleased with the results from meeting Mike in the shop to the finished product. All the team worked very hard on a sometimes difficult job ensuring the best results possible. Mike spent time with us on the design and followed this through with project management to a high standard, Mark did an fantastic job on the fitting paying attention to detail, nothing was too much trouble. We are completely satisfied with the service and product. Thanks guys.

Just purchased a kitchen and appliances for my sons house, and it looks fantastic.
As a tradesman, I've worked in and around home improvements for over 30yrs. I've been involved in buying and supplying kitchens for around 20yrs and understand the benefits of choosing a quality product.
The design software is excellent, showing you and your customer exactly what the finished job will look like .We chose the colour of the fridge freezer, from the different pictures Michael produced for us to compare the finished look. He is always happy to help, so thanks for that.
The overall quality was excellent

I recently had a fitted kitchen by this company, I found them totally professional from start to finish. Quality of the good were excellent, the fitters could not do enough worked extremely hard on what was a very complicated kitchen. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. One very satisfied customer, thanks all at Ideal.

Absolute joke of a company. We used these as we were planning a big job at home and didn't want to be dealing with all different trades men. We were having rear extension, internal wall took out and completely new bathroom/toilet/kitchen and fitted bedrooms
The initial planning and in particular design of kitchen was very impressive but as soon as they got their deposit and commencement fees it all went downhill. They turned up when they could be bothered and kept leaving to do other jobs. The work over ran by 3 months and was of very poor quality. When we went to complain, Steve the owner said

We had a complex kitchen make over recently and we have found all the staff at Ideal very helpfull and one of the fitters staying after hours to make sure the job was finished to his and our standards which are high!
Yes in any kitchen replacement you will get problems but I can say any problems encountered during the job dealt with correctly without quibble.

Highly satisfied with the Company. Mike, was recommended by our electrician and in view of our circumstances stepped in at short notice to design and install our kitchen and other work to the property. Certain items of choice were templated and in this situation you have to accept a waiting time for preparation and delivery, but everything came together to an exceptional standard. Our fitter, was outstanding, nothing too much trouble and the help and guidance of Mike was reassuring.

We had a kitchen fitted from this company ,from start to finish the communication was very poor. The kitchen was supposed to be completed within 6week, 10 week on with very poor workmanship. The boss (steve) was full of promises but when it came to it his promises ment nothing. In the process of this our home was burgled which looked to be an inside job! The workmen were very rude. Job still incomplete 12 months later leaving us with a kitchen 90% finished. Never had the decency to contact us just left our home unfinished!
