A A Tanner is a local based builder in and around Swindon, I have been established since 1980, where I started working within the family for my father and father-in law. Over the years I have gained a wealth of experience with all aspect of building work. Whilst working with my father-in-law we specialised in new house builds for the private owner and also extensive building work for the industrial sector.
Since entering the domestic market A A Tanner have carried out numerous development projects, including extensions, house builds, listed barn conversions, complete refurbishments not to exclude the industrial side of our building, this includes the ground works for warehouses, internal office development such as receptions and offices sited on mezzanine floors.

We have an architectural service to a team of experienced tradesmen who pride themselves on their quality workmanship. We have developed many new house builds over the years, which include traditional and modern styles.

With your Barn Conversion our aim is to convert or construct your barn development in a sympathetic manner, we will build your barn from design using local quarry's and joinery companies to achieve your desired finish. We are experienced in barn conversions both listed and un-listed, we pride ourselves as a leading builder in this field.
I started Commercial Building with my father-in-law back in the 1980's. He was a large developer when Swindon was in the process of re-development for light industrial. Projects we are very proud of include the new Head Office for Crosby Doors, Crosby Doors now known as Vicaima Doors, Crosby Doors re-located from Farnham to Swindon where they employed up to 120 workforce in Swindon.
