Thay take your money then do not care if the job is right or not very disappointed, have put a complaint in but they haven't got back to us and this was 4 weeks ago .

The worst company I've ever seen. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

RG COLE FURNISHINGS I would highly recommend this company. Why?? I went to dozens of shops in many areas and I couldn’t find what I wanted. I knew the manufacturer (Buoyant) I knew the model that I wanted but… not one company would try to get it in a fabric that was right! But Beverly at RG Cole did! Beverly was friendly, supportive and very patient. I simply knew what I wanted and if I’m paying hard earned money for it then it had to be right! My sofa/chairs came yesterday and I couldn’t be more pleased. I’m not modern in my taste but I like elegance and opulence

Really do think twice before confirming anything with this company. Nothing but problems since having a bathroom fitted, rad fitted incorrectly meaning you now sit wonky on the toilet and can burn your leg when sitting down, water leak under floor boards 3 months after installation due to an incorrectly fitted pipe and other problems. A positive note, they communicate well.

Highly recommend. We ordered 2 sofas which arrived last week. They are fantastic quality, at a really great price. The customer service we received was excellent, we have been kept informed, swatches ordered to help us choose the colour, without any pressure to buy. A special mention to Beverley for going that extra mile, so helpful. Thank you.

My vulnerable parents wanted to replace some furniture and were keen on a brand they had seen 'Nathans'. They had already had a price from a store, well known in the Upminster area. I did a search and identified that R G Cole also supplied this brand. Whilst I had not heard of R G Cole, I made a tentative call to see what they could offer and to give my parents a comparison. It's fair to say, we never looked back! I spoke to Andy who was friendly and was able to quickly put together a package and price. Good traditional service you only get at a smaller family business. Very helpful and Very polite. And excellent on price.

If you are in the market for a new kitchen, or indeed bedroom wardrobes then I can highly recommend Coles.
Yes you can have the designer kitchen of your dreams or like us you could have a slightly more practical kitchen with lots of storage etc, for exampe our washing machine and dryer are not fitted devices but they are still hidden away behind base cupboard doors.
You can have soft close doors and drawers and fitting (if required) and all your old kitchen disposed of.
As well as our kitchen, we know of 4 other couples who have used Coles and have been very pleased.

We had Coles fit our kitchen nearly 5 years ago and the service was outstanding from beginning to end. The after care service we had was first class. Normally you have a battle with companies once they have completed the job, but Coles sorted the problem out straight away. Thank you for a brilliant service. What a team!

R G Cole fitted a complete new kitchen for me 4 years ago and I must say it’s beautiful! From the beginning Fred Cole came around and drew lovely plans and was very friendly and very calm with me throughout changing my mind several times on what I wanted and more plans were designed. When the works was being carried out by his work fellows which I… might add was fantastic at their job he came around to make sure i was happy with it all several times. Once completed Fred then came back and inspected the kitchen and asked if I was happy with it. What a lovely company to have dealt with

Just received a quote for a bedroom, excellent customer service so far. Jamie has been brilliant, very professional but not pushy. Would recommend to anyone.
