Had a really good experience with J&I Cleaning Service. The team was really professional, took extra care to ensure everything was deep cleaned. Best thing, I was able to get them booked in within a day's notice was really helpful to me as I had another another cleaning company that I had booked in advanced cancelled on me. Highly recommend

So very pleased with the service we received today from J+I Cleaning Services. We hired them to carpet clean 3 bedroom floors. The 2-man team were friendly, accommodating, efficient and punctual and we were so pleased when they gave us a bonus perk and provided the cleaning of the landing carpet too. Such nice people. Really pleased with the service and staff.

I used J&I for an end of tenancy clean, and was very satisfied with the service. Sara at head office was quick to respond to my enquiry, the confirmation emails were clear and answered all my questions and the cleaning service itself was great - the team did a great job and my landlord was very happy! I would use J&I again.

Though Cleaning was thorough, communicating was extremely poor. Main Job allocated wasnt done and when I drew attention, did not leave enough time to finish. For the money you pay, I thought it was unreasonable charge. I had to go over Cleaning again which was frustrating and stressful when you move into a New Property. They may be ok on a maintained Property.
I had service again kindly provided by management due to slight hiccup previously. The girls were very thorough and did the job to my full satisfaction. I would use them again in future as I feel the care provided was excellent and I felt

We have been using a great cleaner for several months (5 starts for them). But scheduling and client service centrally seems to be an issue. It seems common practice not to inform customers when your regular cleaner is unavailable due to sickness or holiday until you follow up as to why they are a no show. They have limited availability to provide a replacement in these circumstances.
