I usually deal with Anna here. She is very efficient and has great knowledge if the industry. She always goes above and beyond to ensure we get a fantastic service and is very prompt when getting back to enquiries.

Very bad experience. I run a cleaning company and have sent my partner in there to pick up some supplies as I was stuck in a meeting. My phone was about to die so I’ve send him a list and advised to ask the woman working there to point him in the direction of PROFESSIONAL CLEANING SUPPLIES. He knows nothing about this stuff. The most important thing I needed was a limescale remover. So what do I see when I get back to the office? VIAKAL. Asked why he got it, he said the lady behind the counter advised him that viakal is the strongest and best thing for limescale he can possibly buy. RIDICULOUS
