We had a brick built garage with apex roof and a separate extension on the rear of our property. John explained how things would work and formed a contract on that basis which was followed to the letter. From start to finish the quality of the work was excellent, the standard of Ian's brick work is exceptional, and with Lewis to assist they form a commendable team. We were pleased that all the work was completed on time especially as we had the start of the second covid lockdown during the build. We were always looked after ensuring all was watertight and secure while we were waiting for bi-fold

John and his team are not only highly skilled craftsmen, to us they have been lifesavers!
Our first builder had abandoned us in the middle of Winter part way through a ground floor extension. It’s fair to say that we were very desperate and very depressed as we had been informed by Building Control that the building could have collapsed at any time!
John and his team literally rescued us from our very desperate situation, not just through the execution of their work, but by lifting our spirits on a daily basis. They were all

Ace builders carried out a single storey extension at our property completed in February 2019. The standard of work by all the tradesmen was excellent and indeed spite of some inclement weather was completed in a timely manner. We were kept well informed of progress atall times and every effort was made to minimise disruption as we were resident at the property during this period. After completion a couple of minor problems were quickly rectified.
I would not hesitate to recommend ACE Builders.

ACE builders built us a beautiful extension. John and his team did a great job, sorting out all the problems that arose from an old building with misaligned walls and past construction work. John kept everything going throughout the project and made some good suggestions which really gave an excellent finish to the new dining room and kitchen. His team were professional and knowledgeable and kept us sane through all the dust and mess that arose from the work and cleaned up every day. We were kept apprised of any extra costs from additional work and John explained each stage of the work to ensure

We have now used Ace Builders on two separate projects - firstly a sizeable kitchen and living room extension, and secondly a new porch and garage extension.
On both occasions John and his friendly team provided an excellent and courteous service, arriving in a timely manner and working continuously on the job until completion. Any problems which they encountered were solved very efficiently, and John was always available to keep us up to date on progress and answer any questions we had. The quality of workmanship on both projects is superb, especially the brickwork, and we have been delighted
