I’d seriously advise people to avoid this place at all costs. I had someone come out and do a 10 minute job to get my boiler up and running again. This cost £60 - fair enough, I thought. But then he said it needed another part and quoted a fee of £85 to supply and fit it. I found the part at a store for £6.83. It was just a piece of insulation foam that easily slotted in. Not sure how people like this sleep at night.

They installed new combi boiler 2 years ago and as promised have serviced it each year in December. Had a problem with heating not working on Sunday, we had hot water but no heating. Rang them Monday morning 8:10am and they came at 9:15am and had sorted it within a few minutes. Wore a face mask and took boots off. Absolutely fantastic service.

My Dad had a problem with his immersion heater. I live in ireland and was struggling to find someone to help. Rang sure fire and a man called steve was very helpful and the problem was sorted straight away.Very good service .I would recommend this company and steve.Thankyou

I had never met these people before, I had never heard of the company or used their services before. I'm not getting any reward for this honest review.
Sean came to fit a Baxi 630 boiler. He arrived at the requested time and set to work immediately. He prepared my home with carpet protection and completed the job in 2.5 hours. Sean explained how everything works and guided me through the heating controls. He cleared away all the rubbish too! This was a prompt and friendly service at a competitive price.
I highly recommend Sean and his professional and knowledgeable standards.

Can’t fault the workmanship and cleanliness, just the common sense of One of the team. I am still waiting for my fire to be serviced free of charged as part of our contract for the installation and moving of the boiler. It’s been that long I have found another company to complete the task prior to the onset of winter, as my calls keep going unanswered.
