Just a quick update on my last post. I had many problems with my kitchen. The last was the kitchen cabinets discolored. Although I complained to Grant nothing happened. So in the end I contacted the kitchen manufacture in Italy (Arredo). They were brilliant. They sent all new doors. After many failed appointments Grants company did fit these. Although two draws were the wrong type, a plinth was missing and some of the hinges were faulty. After two failed appointments and me still chasing. These last issues still haven't been fixed. Although I know Arredo have sent them new draws. So in summary

We have had a Kitchen fitted, well almost. they came, measured up quoted and all seemed fine, worked started back in October and we were told it would all be done and finished well before Christmas 2018
It wasn't finished, we had the wrong ovens fitted (which they have changed) we've had the wrong colour doors put on the units, then we were told it was the colour of which we chosen to which they agreed a few weeks later it was there mistake.
We were then promised to have them change before Christmas, that never happened.
Its now February, we still have our kitchen in boxes, plastic on the door

5 years ago they installed a kitchen, all seemed fine until recently we noticed the kitchen cabinets were coming away from the wall!! They were not over weight having only cereal and herbs etc in them. After taking the cabinets off the wall we noticed the appalling work done by this so called professional company. They used wood battons to brace the brackets and only used ONE screw to not only secure the wood to the wall, but they also only used ONE screw to secure the bracket to the wood instead of the three needed!!!! This cause the bracket to bend and snap the wood, which in turn caused the

This is the third time we have used Vision Design, first was for a kitchen, second for flooring and on this occasion bathroom. Once again they have delighted us with the quality of their fixtures and in their knowledge of design in helping us to choose suitable styles for sometimes challenging spaces. The bathrooms fitters have been very efficient and the work has been of a very high standard.

I've recently had the whole kitchen renovated and was very happy with it all. The project was run by Caesar and they did everything from re plastering, new lights, kitchen design and fit, quartz worktops, and painting and decorating. Vision Design's default setting is to do everything to a high quality so you don't feel you have to monitor them, for example they asked me during the install if I wanted to a nicer up the wall radiator and fitted it and didn't charge me any more. I would say the quote format is a bit confusing so I'd recommend you email them to confirm exactly what they're doing and

After several appointments with numerous large high Street kitchen providers my wife an and I were left uninspired when seeking a statement kitchen and then we met Grant at Vision.
Our brief was simple “You have free licence to design us a statement kitchen” Within a week we had received rendered drawings of a design that far exceed our expectations for which we subsequently placed an order.
The kitchen installation was a vital stage in our renovation project therefore communication and timing was critical to ensure we met our programme, Grant and his team delivered and installed our kitchen
