Architecture Design Development Limited is an architectural practice established in 2012 and based in Knutsford, Cheshire, an ideal location giving us easy access to our projects throughout the UK. The four Directors and their support staff have a wealth of architectural, planning and project management experience which allows the Practice to meet the demands of both large and small scale projects.
The Directors each have over 25 years experience in building design and adopt a practical, 'hands-on' approach to every project. The experience gained from working across a variety of sectors has allowed the Practice to provide practical, economic but bespoke solutions to each client's brief - providing exciting and innovative buildings.
Our diverse portfolio includes hotel construction and refurbishment, bespoke housing, student accommodation, apartments and nursing homes. Each project is run by a small, highly motivated team led by a Director. We see design as a collaborative process, subject to continuous development and evaluation.
