Do not trust this company!
Whilst building our loft conversion they punched through our bathroom and bedroom ceilings and smashed our velux window. They also left a ton of sand outside our house which we had to remove! They assured us they would make good all repairs and replace the smashed glass in the window - “trust us, we’re not that type of… builder” - their words. Unfortunately I made the massive error of believing and trusting them and settled their bill in full. Surprise surprise we never heard from them again. They obviously assumed I would accept this and just
