Fothergills were appointed as Main contractor for the completion of a 10,700 sqft new build luxury residence on Little Aston Park, Sutton Coldfield. Designed by Four Oaks based Janes Architectural, the Arts & Crafts inspired house comprises of five bedrooms, a large central kitchen, breakfast and seating area, three reception rooms, snooker room with vaulted ceiling, split level dedicated cinema room and garaging for 3 cars with studio above.
The butterfly design has wings built around an impressive central cylindrical stair core with bespoke helical oak staircase forming the focal point of a dramatic full height entrance hall. The project was completed to highest specification including air source heat pump fuelled underfloor heating, fully automated heating, lighting, audio and visual controls, bespoke joinery, fittings and luxury bathroom suites throughout.

Services
Fothergills is owned and run by Jamieson Whitfield and Derek Simon. We met over 15 years ago whilst both working for a major international contractor. We continued to work together throughout our careers and realised that our skills and knowledge complimented each other and that we shared a determination to do things differently, to do things better.
