From the moment we walked into the showroom until the door itself was fitted the customer service was impeccable.
Our knowledge of doors was non-existent but in the showroom we were quickly but thoroughly taken through the options and given the best advice for our budget and requirements.
We had 2 visits at home - one to measure up and one to fit, both gentleman courteous, informative and pleasant, the installer even adjusted our back door for us when he discovered it was a bit wonky!
The quality of the door is fantastic and has made a real difference to the look, sound and temperature(!) of

Very strange
to say that am not listed as they built my conservatory less than a year ago, ( I have all the paperwork) & since then have had to call them out three times 1st.time to cap off guttering as water cascading down gap.2nd.time to re-align stable door.3rd.time today to (hopefully) repair leak in roof !

Not one for leaving many reviews but these guys are really worth a mention.. Paul came out first to measure up and was very knowledgeable. Once we received the quote we decided to go ahead with the new conservatory.
Within a week we had a surveyor sent over and the work started two weeks later on a Saturday.. again very professional and good at what they do.
If you are looking for a conservatory see these guys, get a quote and you won't be let down.

Excellent service right from the beginning. I needed to replace my back garage doors as they were made of wood and every time it rained they started to stick. Paul came out from the show room and suggested french doors. They were ordered and came quicker than expected. Steve the fitter arrived and made a great job fitting them and even hoovered up the garage inside. I would highly recommend this company they are all so friendly.

From start to finish Fair price windows were great. From the knowledge in the showroom, the visit for the measurements and the final installation.
No pushy sales talk, not rushed and shown various options I hadn’t thought about.
I had two fitters who were polite and efficient and did a great job, (the weather was not the best, but they still carried on)
Going back to them in the spring to look at having my windows done.
Would definitely recommend.

We were keen to get bifold doors that were much taller than standard doors to make the most of the space. We also wanted them to be flush with the wooden floor. We asked several companies for quotes. Fair Price Windows came up with the perfect, full height option at the perfect price. They took a day to fit and we are very pleased with the craftsmanship and the finish.
