A nightmare from start to finish.
They kept changing the pick up date then, when we'd agreed a date, they kept changing the time. We were driving back from Birmingham to get to the pick up at the agreed time only for them to call us and say that they were already there so could we hurry up.
It was worse with the drop off. They again kept moving the date out and saying that they now wouldn't deliver to our 2nd floor apartment even though they previously said they would. So I hired help but, because GoPanda kept messing us about, I kept having to cancel and pay a fee.

When it came to the move itself, the team were faultless; they were friendly, efficient, kind to our two young sons who just wanted to 'help', and went above and beyond to make the move go smoothly.

I have so many good things to say about these guys, from the initial quote and experience, all the way through to the move itself. Initially I lined up some different quotes according to the items/ furniture we had and I have to say it was scary, quotes were coming back at about £2k to move from Chipping Sodbury to Cardiff. We didn't really have that much stuff (in the end it was less than two Luton Vans). Go Panda provided the best quote (£900) and I was hoping that we weren't compromising on service. Had to leave the UK during the pandemic. When looking for a company that does removals and storage, I initially looked at a couple of the bigger nationwide players but was given quotes triple of what I got when I contacted Go Panda. I'm an international country hopping type and have dealt with a lot of removals and storage companies but never have I found a company of such professionality for such great value.

Honestly I can’t think of any faults. They made a stressful day go so quickly and effortlessly, and I was in my new home by lunchtime. Absolutely brilliant service, they arrived on time, were professional and friendly, and looked after my possessions perfectly. Such good value for money too! The Go Panda Team were fantastic. The office team were helpful, speedy and re-assuring when booking and trying to find a suitable date to fit with our chain. The removal guys did a great job, they knew exactly what to leave for our last night and wrapped everything carefully. They were friendly and calm, even when we didn't quite know where to put things in our new house. Great work!
