I just wanted to thank Julian and his Team at Bolt removals for an absolutely amazing service. The Team arrived early, they emptied the entire house and garden within a few hours, they were then at the new property before we even collected the new keys. Then at the new property they delivered all items to the correct rooms and areas of the property again within a couple of hours. From start to finish the experience was brilliant. Excellent service. Was very last minute but Julian quickly did the video tour and got the quote, which was very reasonable, to me without any fuss. The guys turned up on time and were helpful, professional, careful, friendly and efficient throughout. I had some last minute packing, which could have slowed the guys down but they were flexible and worked around me which was not ideal for them but I was very grateful. Will definitely recommend and use them again in future.

Utterly professional service. Our move was shaping up to be a disaster after three days of delayed exchange and last minute solicitors queries, these guys waited all day and then dutifully took our stuff to the lockup at 5pm, ready for us to book a night in the hotel. At 5.20 we got the call that we'd completed, then re-packed everything, drove it back across Cardiff and were with us until almost 8pm making sure everything was in, and set up. Was recommended Bolt by a friend who had use them for a house move as someone who could help move our business to a new office. Julian was very responsive on emails and had a warm and genuine personality when he came to quote. It was easy to find glowing reviews of all these companies but many reviews came from people that had reviewed little else. We employed the services of Bolt Removals to move house in September 2021. It was a brilliant experience from start to finish. Julian was very professional in his communications, scheduling a WhatsApp video call to get an idea of how much stuff we had to move. The quote was very reasonable and was produced in a short amount of time (less than one working day!).
