The quality of finish they provided was good, we are happy with the renovation. However, the time it took to complete the project was 4 weeks over the original estimate and still to this day (a further 3 weeks on we have still not had our keys returned) We didn't feel there was an urgency and a want to ensure the project was organised and finished on time or close to the time they originally told us. we had set up a whatsapp group with the project manager to which he responded to questions 3-4 days later. He never gave us clear guidelines as to when glass, kitchens, walls were being installed-
