Established in London in 1947 by Leslie Clark, the Practice still retains its traditional partnership structure, with no third party interests, ownership or debt. Additional offices were opened in Bristol, Leeds, and Glasgow as the practice grew in the 1980s, and formal associations were forged with offices in Belfast, Dublin and Paris in the 1990s.
Our head office was based in Richmond Buildings, Soho, for more than 50 enjoyable and interesting years, before moving to High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, in the heart of London's midtown, at the end of 2015.

The Practice employs approximately 50 staff, who work in partner-led groups based at its four offices, serving clients throughout the UK. The Partners and many of the staff have all spent a significant part of their careers with Leslie Clark. They enjoy long-term working relationships with their clients and clients' teams, and continue to work with them on a day-to-day basis.

Leslie Clark specialises in retail construction consultancy and expanded in the 1980s following the growth of the out-of-town retail sector. The Practice has over forty years' experience working on "one-off" and "multiple" fit outs, refurbishments and extensions, as well as major new store shell developments for both retailers and developers, and funds.
Leslie Clark has extensive experience of both city centre and out-of-town commercial office new build and refurbishment projects, including both Category A and B fit out for end users, developers, and funds. We provide a personalised service to ensure maximum return with minimum risk on all commercial projects.
Leslie Clark's extensive experience of the residential sector includes work for corporate clients, such as the conversion of existing buildings to residential use, multi-storey new build, modular construction, private rented sector and student housing. The Practice also undertakes projects for high-net-worth private clients, including the refurbishment, extension, and fitting out residential properties.
