PFB Safety Management Services is a subsidiary of PFB Construction Management Services Limited and was specifically established to primarily provide occupational Health and Safety services including bespoke health & safety policies, audits/inspections and certificated training courses to a broad spectrum of Clients.

Kathi has previously provided CDM Co-ordinator services under the previous 2007 CDM Regulations on a broad range of projects. Kathi also undertakes CDM Principal Designer Services.

Kathi has extensive experience in compiling Health and Safety Files and currently co-ordinates the management and compilation of Health and Safety File for a variety of projects including Commercial, Retail & Residential Developments, Further Education Facilities, Galleries/Museums, Theatres, Local authorities and NHS Trusts.

Ross trained as an Occupational Hygienist and has undertaken training for the function of CDM Coordinator. Previous relevant experience includes substantial demolition and asbestos removal projects within central London locations.

From experience gained while working on a wide range of projects, our approach to the requirements of the CDM Regulations developed, based on experience, co-operation, analysis and review, enabling our company to implement a pragmatic and positive approach to design and construction health and safety.

We currently offer a wide variety of Design organisations assistance with their CDM Designer procedures. One aspect of this consultancy service is the development of a CDM Designer Procedures Manual which outlines the Design organisation's CDM Designer obligations and responsibilities and procedures/pragmatic arrangements to assist with CDM 2015 compliance.
