I am not happy with the level of customer service from this company and this has consequently left me feeling very frustrated.
In the beginning everything was fine the ordering process was good. I booked a very simple morning (am) soil drop off for Monday the 8th of March. At this point everything is good. On the 8th I give them a courtesy call at 10.00am to see what time the order will turn up as it is supposed to turn up in the morning. The first thing they said to me is "it has not been loaded up yet". the second thing "they guy doing the deliveries

Had my latest delivery of gravel today. This is the third time ive used Longwater and will definately not be the last. From the first contact to the actual delivery everything was made easy and carried out very proffesionaly. Great easy to speak to office staff and excellent delivery drivers. Well done and thank you.

Well where to start was very happy with the staff that served me in the shop and said will get the driver to ring you when he's going to deliver your 2 bags of stones and that's where it all started to go wrong... no phone call delivered stones completely in the worst place ever because I wasn't there. I rang longwater the same day they was sorry… about it they said will get back to me that same night if not in the morning but no phone call. so I rang them again at 12 o'clock the next day saying I had moved both the bags of stones which took me over an hour and a half to move so I asked

Fantastic service. Just had hoggin delivered, gentleman was friendly & helpful. Quick drop off, nice so not to annoy the neighbours. Will use again.
