I wish I had read the reviews first. Ordered a chair from them on 3rd October. Still not received it, no shipping information provided. I have emailed them and sent messages through Facebook, but they have not replied. I have tried to call them but they don't answer their phone. Really terrible service. I have had to raise this as a dispute through PayPal now

I've ordered an office chair and it's really great. At first I was a little afraid, because no one was answering my calls or messages on Facebook, but at the end I tried with the email and got help instantly. So I recommend contacting the company via mail if you have any questions. The delivery was also really fast.

CalypsoHBOperatorChair. This chair was the cheapest I could find. I knew the type of chair as very common in offices so would know if defective or poor quality in some way. The chair meets all my DSE requirements and am very happy. There was a piece missing but a couple of contacts and in a few days it arrived. I note the negative comments. My chair was packed ok it could have been a little better but there was no damage. The chair was a little late arriving by a day or two. Delivered Silverline filing cabinets with hardly any protection, we didn't open them straight away as we didn't need them immediately. When we did we found they were dented and scratched on every panel, at least eight instances of damage. They wouldn't do anything to help because we didn't report it immediately and blamed Silverline for their dreadful packaging. The argument was that they have very little packaging because they are so delicate so any damage is easy to see! Just packaging them properly would make more sense.
