The more unusual have included a boathouse in Kirkintilloch, a wind tunnel building for Heriot Watt University, a firing range at Glencorse Barracks, the refurbishment of Gourock outdoor pool, an office built from shipping containers and the reconstruction of the 18th century Botanic Cottage.

John joined Maxi Construction in 2005 and was appointed to the position of MD in 2006. As a Chartered Builder with over 25 years' experience in the industry he leads the Maxi Team towards his vision of being 'The Contractor of Choice within our market sector'. Barry joined Maxi Construction in 2007 as Construction Director.
