Dot architecture was established in 2008 after Darren Henderson and James Whitney had seen a gap in the local market for attainable yet exciting architecture. From their early residential projects the practice has grown and expanded its portfolio that now includes large commercial developments, student accommodation and high end residential works.

With a young and experienced team, dot are able to provide excellent and informed advice whilst ensuring that it remains cutting edge. The team keep up to date with latest technologies, materials and regulations staying ahead of the curve on a constantly changing professional landscape. Dot now has a track record of high quality design and this has enabled expansion to become one of the more established and exciting practices in the South West.

Our approach has and always will be collaborative, and our in house expertise ranges from site appraisals, feasibilities, planning, construction and specification across a wide variety of sectors.

Contacted the company and was given a day for the architect to come and view my property so took the morning off work and he didn't turn up, he then apologised and asked me to send him my house plans on WhatsApp, he said he didn't need to attend and would send me his designs the following day, 3 days passed and i asked for an update and said he couldn't do it as he was bogged down with other work.
Complete waste of time.

I have no doubt as to the quality of drawings they produce. However after supplying some incredible drawings, after payment was made there was very little communication once an issue was bought up about the initial survey where they had omitted a chimney Brest and therefore the window schedule and drawings were out. After a site visit from Darren it was told that this would be amended. This was before Christmas 2019! The issue has now been addressed as a result of this negative review and thus I have amended the feedback to reflect this.
