We woke up on Saturday morning only to find that both our heating and hot water were not working. This becomes a serious issue when you have a 14 month old child.
I rang around a couple of places, some of whom answered and others that told me they were closed until Monday. I then came across Dorchester and thought I would put their 10 minute call back service to the test.
I was pleasantly surprised to receive a very prompt call back. I explained our issue and they assured me that they would have someone out to us the same day and would endeavour to get some level of service reestablished for

I just had the Dorchester Heating team around to replace my (very) old boiler and to fit some new radiators and a flue.
I heard about Dorchester Heating through a friend - the main reason I opted to go for Dorchester Heating in the end was because they were described to me as a company that focuses on high quality. I like things done properly, i.e. to a high standard, and thus Dorchester Heating sounded like a perfect fit. I was not disappointed!
