I am absolutely delighted with the first rate extension Abell Building Services has built. I had 2 bedrooms built over a flat roof, a downstairs toilet built at the front and extensive internal alterations. Ryan also undertook to refurbish a bathroom, install an en suite, he also did the plumbing and electrical installation of the new kitchen, rewired and replastered the whole house and installed two sets of sliding doors.
Several hidden problems were encountered during the build due to our original house construction and at all times Ryan talked them through with us, listened to what we wanted

Couldn't be happier with their work. Two bathrooms, a kitchen, paving in the front and back garden, electrical work and lots of plastering; all perfect. We wouldn't have anyone else in to work on our house after using them.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. they came to repair some plastering on the ceiling of the bathroom and fit a partitioning wall. Only 1/5th of the ceiling needed work doing to it but he said he will quote for the whole thing incase its needed(£600). (then i thought obviously i would be charged less if it was just the 1/5th that needed working on) after finding out they only needed to do 1/5th of it and fitting the wall they invoiced me for the entire ceiling. i had to point this out to only receive 20% off from the price (£480 total after 20% reduction) of the entire ceiling when it was only 20% of the

Does not pay people who do work for him. Spent time helping out organising materials as they had no idea what they were doing. Then did a days work but have never been paid. Not only that I was completely ignored and no reason given. Be very careful if you do work for them.
