Cannot fault this company. We purchased 6 seater Lisbon dining set just over a week ago. It was delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately there was a small fault on assembly which was sorted within 24 hours. Dr Mario and Dr Kevin drove to our house twice on the one day to sort it out! They were superstars. They assembled table and we are absolutely delighted with our new set. Thanks Eurogarden! 10 out of 10 for product and customer service - staff are superb! :-)

Arrived six weeks late and every time I phoned all l got was lies and then more lies, was supposed to be built for me but was just left in a pile around my back and when we opened the table up there was a big chip on the glass so that took another five weeks to sort out will never be back through their doors again and would advise anyone thinking about buying just to walk on past you will save yourself some trouble

I ordered the Algarve fire pit in the beginning of May. I was told it would be delivered start of July. We are still waiting. Their customer service is atrocious. I have lost count of the number of times I have been told that someone would return my call. I actually drove 20+miles to the store on Saturday and was assured that it was arriving in… store today. Only to eventually get through to someone today, and was told it is not going to arrive until the end of August. This is now the fourth date which I have been fobbed off with. So bitterly disappointed with this business.

Bought the Monaco 6 piece set and was told it would arrive assembled and all we had to do was put glass on table. When it came it was piled up on a pallet with black plastic covering it. Took 3 people quite a while to assemble as instructions poor. We were then left with all the boxes and pallet to dispose of.
On the upside it is very good quality and arrived when they said it would. Charlene, Chelsea and Bronagh to whom I spoke on the times I could get through were all very helpful.

Absolutely delighted with my Verona set. We needed a furniture set ASAP due to family coming to visit and Craig was very helpful. Explained about lead times etc. Within a week I got my new set delivered to my house and it’s fantastic! I understand lead times and delivery times are not purely down to Euro Garden, it’s up to their suppliers and their transport companies. Thanks again Craig!

Absolutely love my furniture set! Did take some time to get it, but i was told this, so im happy i waited cause the quality of this is brilliant, comfy and nice looking aswell. Customer service have been nothing but helpfull everytime ive been there, so overall im really pleased and loving my decking!☺️

I had ordered the Tuscany Reclining set for my garden, I asked how long it would be until it was here as I was planning to have a bbq with my family for my birthday! Chelsea went above and beyond to make sure I would have my furniture… on time! It arrived 1 week earlier than expected and was delivered to my door and the drivers where extremely helpful! The cover was on back order and when I contacted them about it Chantelle assured me it would be with me in a few days. They

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever seen. Paid €3k for garden furniture upfront and still waiting for delivery. Delivery date came and went ten days ago and nothing. Every time I call I am told it’s awful and that they will call me back with update and I am fobbed off. Just got off the phone, yet again today with someone who told me they would call me back and nothing. They are closed now. Nobody hardly ever answer phones and they never get back to voicemail.

Received incorrect order, when I contacted the business they encouraged me to keep the set they had sent as it would be expensive for them to send a courier to fix their mistake. When I said I would prefer the furniture actually ordered they did swap but forgot to send some of the cushions. Had to do a lot of chasing to get things sorted out. Explained this to the business but the owner is still to get back to me. Customer service really poor, would not recommend.
