Great in store experience! Had been in looking for bedroom furniture and had excellent help in matching colours and getting accurate measurements to fit my room. A lot of time and patience was spent looking at my floor plan to rearrange furniture in the room in the best possible layout. I returned the following week, the same cashier came to help us again and got our order completed very efficiently.
I would definitely return to the store for future purchases and am very thankful for the help and advise received for decorating my first time home. Purchased a sofa from the Boucher road store today. The staff were so friendly and Gareth who dealt with us knew exactly what we were looking for and the colour.

Hello to all of the team at EZ Living on The Boucher Road. Just to say a big thank you for the safe delivery of my bedroom furniture this morning. I would just like to say thank you for the lovely shopping experience my wife and I had at your store. It all started with some very useful advice from Mark Trafford who guided us Senior Citizens to what we where exactly looking for. As you know we all live in a world of complainers so it’s nice to get a Pat on the back now and again. May I also congratulate EZ on their delivery team, Sean and his sidekick where so very gracious and pleasant.

Worst customer service ever!!
Bought a mirror and waited 7 weeks for it to arrive and it has manufacture damage!
contacted head office through email and was told the batch or mirrors were all faulty and was offered refund or discount if I kept the mirror and here’s where the fun begins!
I accepted the discount and wait days on reply to be told the discount will be in form of a gift receipt to spend in ez living so emailed back requesting the money as don’t want a gift receipt but they refused so I requested a full refund instead because I couldn’t be bothered with the

A beautiful shop to have a browse around. I ended up buying 2 sofas and I'm delighted with them. in store there was no one pressuring me to purchase but the staff were very helpful and informative. My delivery slot was only a few weeks which was great considering that I've waited months when buying from other stores. Ricky and Phil delivered my sofas which were well wrapped and they're in perfect condition. I had a text a few days before delivery and a phone call the morning of the delivery letting me know what time to expect them. Ricky and Phill were very efficient and friendly all packaging
