Really pleased with Paul and his professional team. My elderly mum was without hot water and heating for a few days whilst waiting for a large national company to fit a new boiler. Called this company as I require assistance with an oil boiler. I introduced myself, explained I am having an issue and I asked whether they could help at all, and the response I got was "yeah I'm not bothered" and the call cut off.

Had another boiler installation from Paul on our second house and we’ll definitely use his services again in the future. Prompt reply, no obligation quote, two days later came for installation. Full system flush, smart thermostat set up, all around radiator bleed and boiler swap done in 2 hours!!! The team is very organised and do a surgical clean job. They will advise what’s best for you and provide their ongoing support post job completion. If you go with Paul, you won’t be disappointed.

Paul and his team fitted a new boiler and unvented cylinder. From the start they were really professional. The quote was fair and transparent, they arrived on time as scheduled, worked extremely efficiently and completed the job in one day with minimal disruption. Paul and his son did a very professional boiler and flue replacement for us last week - the whole process took under 5 hours. Excellent value for money, with a 7 year guarantee.
