Simon: Our 20th anniversary year got off to a great start, when we were Accredited by NAPIT as Green Deal Installers for Gas Condensing Boilers, and Heating and Hot Water System Controls. This was as a result of our office systems and one of our boiler installations being successfully assessed against the requirements of PAS2030:2012.
Most combination boilers and many standard boilers are now installed as Pressurised Systems. This differs from the previous conventional boiler systems which were reliant on a water tank (often in the loft) with a ball float device to maintain water levels within the system. As the self-filling water tank is omitted a pressurised system requires filling manually via a filling device, ( a 'filling loop').

Whilst on holiday in Wales my son reported a problem with the bathroom taps back home in Chesterfield. I called Advanced Plumbing and Heating asking them if they could help.
Rob agreed to send someone out the next day and my neighbour agreed to stay in and let the plumber in as they had a spare key.
Having stayed in all day my very kind neighbour was let down as no one turned up, no one called. I spoke to Rob who although apologetic, didn't give any reason for the no show and seemed surprised when I told him I didn't want to rearrange as I wanted a reliable plumber which they obviously are.not
