I can't really say anything that the other reviews haven't already said. James came out and serviced our boiler and hot water tank, did a great job, answered all my questions and explained everything as he was going.
Great guy, great company, really can't recommend them enough.

I am very impressed with JCS plumbing. I called Jamie and left a message. He replied to my message straight away and organised for an engineer to come out and fix the problem. The cost was very reasonable. Ash arrived within less than 2 hours and couldn’t have been more polite and reassuring. A very nice young man indeed. I will be using JCS plumbing services in the future.

James is a great bloke. Arranged the service of my boiler easily and with no fuss. Arrived when he said he was going to arrive. Told me everything he was doing and why. Answered all of my questions. The boiler certificate was emailed to me along with photos the same evening. Glad I chose JCS Plumbing!

Had James attend my property today to service my central heating boiler and front room gas fire. He called first and turned up when he said he would. Quick efficient and very friendly. He ran me through all the safety features and cleaned up after himself. All in all a very professional man and I would have no hesitation in recommending him

I contacted James after the inevitable boiler breakdown, for which I wasn't really prepared for. He discussed what I was after and gave me a range of quotes and painlessly arranged credit for a new boiler and smart thermostat. He even suggested against an additional purchase, which has to be a sign of an honest company (he could have just took the extra money). The install was all done and dusted in a single day and we now have a good quality install, hot water and a happier wife! James will be my first point of call for any future plumbing jobs in the future!
