Each stunning kitchen designed by the neillerner team is as unique as its owners. Every single one is an original design, tailor-made to suit you and your lifestyle. At neillerner, we start by asking you to compile a wish-list for your ultimate dream kitchen and from that, one of our experienced designers will create a very detailed brief for us to work from.
As we all know, a new kitchen is not an everyday purchase. Rather, it's a thoroughly well-considered decision taken over many months. Nowadays, many of our clients come to us armed with a 'wish-list' for their new kitchen and we are always delighted when this happens as it shows that they have done their research.
For this designer kitchen, we started with a clean slate as part of a large new build property in Totteridge. Initially the owners had planned to renovate the existing property for their growing family but subsequently decided it would be far simpler to knock it down and start again from scratch. The brief to neillerner kitchen design was clear & concise: create a modern scheme with good symmetry and plenty of glamour.

We went from an old fashion and tired country kitchen to a superb modern one thanks to Neil Lerner kitchens, their designer Tom and the experienced fitters.
We cannot praise enough the quality of the service, the patience and helpfulness of Tom the professionalism of the fitters and everyone at Neil Lerner.
The after sale service is outstanding as Neil Lerner will replace almost on the spot any faulty piece they have fitted. We had a small scratch on the inside of a door , it was replaced within days.
Thank you Neil Lerner we are so happy iwith our new kitchen.

I am very surprised to read this review. I am currently planning my 4th kitchen with Neil Lerner and I would not be going back had I had any poor service. I am an experienced property developer and have dealt with a wide range of kitchen companies over many years. For my own kitchen Neil Lerner is my top choice. I also recommend Neil Lerner to friends who are looking for a high quality, well designed kitchen.

I have renovated several homes, and I have never come across a kitchen contractor who has done as bad a job as this company. Our project was delayed, so, in addition to a deposit, they demanded payment for the whole project up front (since, they said, they had bought the appropriate items and were storing them in warehouse). Then , when our project was able to be progressed again, it took them more than 2 months for them to complete the installation of items that we had paid for and they claimed to have in storage. They would make appointments and not show up. They left packing materials all over

This is my second kitchen that Richard has designed. He came up with some great ideas, the design layout had to be changed a couple of times as we took doors and walls down in the end at his suggestion. Going into the showroom and seeing it in 3D on a large screen was very helpful. The island worked perfectly even though I had some doubts! From the design of the project to the delivery of the kitchen itself, the experience has been very positive, with a lot of attention to detail. Richard made sure we were always kept well informed about schedules which made the whole installation stress free.

I have had two Neil Lerner kitchens before and I'm very excited to start planning my third in a couple of months time. The whole team was so lovely, professional and patient (as I kept changing my mind on the colours) Eve and Richard were extremely knowledgable and advised me on the best way to maximise space and to achieve that wow factor that I was after. Consequently I have recommended many friends and they have been extremely happy and impressed with the whole service and the quality provided.
