We had a problem with our boiler and it had been turned off by a serviceman from another company who just said "we don't do this repair" and walked out and left us with no hot water. We rang Ideal Concept and Leszek came out the same day to look at it.. He went away to get parts and kept in contact to let us know where he was at with things. He was back the next day and stayed late into the evening to get the job finished. He came back a couple of days later to check everything was working properly. We were thrilled with the service, and the repair, and would definitely recommend Ideal Concept
