Fitter was excellent but no information given in regard to the floor we chose and at what stage it should be fitted. We weren't told we had only 30 days to return the tiles which we were unhappy with as the Amtico design was worn and scratched which did not show up in the shop sample. Andy the owner was extremely unpleasant, unlike his staff, and took no responsibility for these failings.

After a phonecall to Think Carpets at their Radcliffe base a home visit quickly followed. Friendly advice from a very knowledgeable team helped us make a decision on a high quality laminate flooring for the lounge, diner & hall. Its clear they know their products well & have a wealth of experience as to what works best in the given situation. Paul the fitter was scheduled & advance delivery of the flooring taken. We are thrilled with the result and can highly recommend this great local company.
