We are so disappointed with the service provided. We have been waiting 5 months for the work to be completed. Our phone calls are not answered. The work that has been done is to a poor standard and our request to have problems fixed have been ignored. For example, badly applied cement on the exterior of the fitting and on some windows, no cement at all. White hinges on black bifold doors. Window frame that falls off when the window is closed. No keys provided. We are still waiting for the final windows to be fitted.
The quote was competitive but the after sale service is non existent.

My windows are out of guarantee and condensation appears on most of them. Have tried to get them to repaired at my own expense. They keep on promising to attend to it but after six months of continuous phone calls with Nitin it seems they're not interested. It clearly shows their after sales service is appalling. Highly not recommended to use this company. Don't waste your time and money with them. Have now found a highly professional company to fix my windows.

Doors are excellent although the frame has dropped meaning I can’t open the easy access door in warm conditions. Trying to get them out to fix has been atrocious, constantly batted off. Will keep at 1 star until they come out to fix it!
Update 18/07: About 1 month a go they finally came out to fix the door and thankfully it now looks like it’s resolved. Therefore adjusting my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star. As mentioned previously, love the product, sales process good, after sales process there is lots of room for improvement. Appreciative the problem is now sorted.

I would highly recommend HS Windows to anyone. I recently got all my house windows and doors all double glazed. Alongside these two very large Cortizo sliding doors. The whole process was very professional. Thanks Again.
